EMMA PRITCHARD
My background has always been within the property industry - after graduating with a degree in planning I became a Land Buyer for national house builders, identifying potential development opportunities and gaining planning consent for them to be developed for new homes.
This role evolved over time due to market conditions and I began to assist the sales department - planning and preparing the show homes to ensure that they were staged to sell a lifestyle and marketed to the correct potential buyers.
Most recently as an independent award winning property developer I have designed, built and sold new build executive homes.
In order to stage my own properties effectively I became a Certified Home Staging and Styling Professional, and now help sellers to realise their properties full potential by offering practical advice to present property.
